Both you and Katie are VERY intelligent...just take your time...ask questions if you think she's not hearing what you're saying(or what she is saying to you) and try to listen when she's frustrated, and be patient.
She actually did a great job. Apparently someone tried to teach her once before, so she knew the basics. It was just a matter of practice. I even made her drive out to her school so she could manage the parking garage. I'm very proud of her (and in one piece.)
